Right now, there is no treatment or cure for food allergy but there is HOPE.
Everyday Sophia & Sabrina ask me if they can eat a certain food or is it an allergy. Going to Birhday party's, family dinners or any event becomes so stressful for my husband and I. We are on watch none stop making sure our girls are safe from even touching a table. Thinking about starting kindergarten has been the biggest stress of mylife and all I want is a way to find a cure for my girls and all the children who suffer from food allergies.
That's why I'm raising funds for FARE - to help them fulfill their mission to improve the quality of life and the health of individuals with food allergies, and to provide them hope through the promise of new treatments.
DONATE NOW! My goal is to raise as much money as possible in honor of the 15 million Americans with food allergies. Every dollar makes a difference, and when you donate, you help FARE to fund food allergy education programs, advocacy and awareness initiatives, and world-class research.
Here's the tremendous impact of what your donations can do:
* $20 - Puts a newly diagnosed patient kit into the hands of 10 families coping with a new diagnosis of a food allergy
* $30 - Sends "Be A Pal" food allergy education materials to two elementary school classrooms
* $150 - Brings a teen to FARE Teen Summit for a weekend of education, support and friendship with hundreds of other teens, young adults and parents
* $200 - Enables hundreds of individuals to access a FARE-produced webinar on managing life with a food allergy
In every community, every day, you'll find a circle of heroes keeping all those with food allergies safe. Together, we can create a better future for all who are affected by food allergies!
