My daughter has been told by her son's pediatric allergist not to eliminate any more foords from her diet. She is down to about 5 or 6 foods that she can eat because the rest aren't safe for her infant son. How did all these food allergies appear all of the sudden? Years ago when I was little about the only food allergy you ever heard of was dairy. What have we as a world done to the foods we consume - chemical spray fertilizers, injections in the animals to make them produce more milk, etc. I am at a loss as I can't take the emotional pain away from my daughter because her 8 week old son is writhing inpain because she ate cheese or strawberries or spinach or corn flakes.
